Wendy went above and beyond end of the year renewal practice. Most agents would just allow policies to renew automatically at whatever the new premium would be and then advise their customers to pay it. Wendy did a fantastic job and acquired new quotes. In 2003 I was in a no fault accident, my insurance agent back in 2003 couldn't do anything for me since I wasn't at fault and because my policy didn't have collision coverage, he told me to call the other insurance company from the guy whom rear end me, I try for weeks and had no luck at all, plus I didn't spoke much English back then. Some one referred me to Julio (he wasn't even my insurance agent) but my friend said he might be able to help me out and he did, he called the other insurance company file the claim for me, got me a rental car and find me a body shop to fix my car in les then 30 minutes, he didn't even ask me to quote my business or complained since he wasn't my agent. I moved all my business with Julio and he have been my agent since 2003. Great person to known!

Starting with Liability And Workman’s Comp Coverage for my small business the personal attention I received was unmatched with the big name insurance groups. Wendy and team spoke plain English instead of jargon speaking me to death. I was involved in an accident on a Saturday. I reached out to let my agent know that we were in one. She responded the same day. I do not know of another insurance agency that will respond on a weekend. Typically you have to wait till Monday morning. Not only did she reach out but her first words were are you ok. Not what I needed to do. Anytime I ask a question it is done so quickly. It is hard to find a company that will actually return your phone calls or emails let alone doing it so quickly. To help you out is one thing but making you feel like family’s another. This is why we will never switch. Best Company and service ever.

When i had my car wreck last year, my agent Wendy Gooding was right there at the same place I was. Not only did she stop to check on me but she also made me get out of the rainy cold weather and sit in her car but she also took care of my claim and answered any of my questions in her car. The the most important thing was that she took the time for me even though she had a family function to go to. I am very thankful and blessed that I have an awesome insurance agent like Wendy.
